This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Brothers Exchange website uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the service to remember your actions and settings so that it works correctly.

Cookies we use

1. Strictly necessary. The website cannot operate without them:

session identifier — links your actions while an exchange order is being created;
CSRF protection — confirms that the request was sent from our website;
the selected interface language.

2. Affiliate. If you arrived through a referral link, we store the partner code so that the reward is credited correctly. Retention period — 400 days (the maximum period allowed by browsers). A referred user is assigned to the partner without time limit (clause 17.2 of the Exchange Rules).

3. Online chat. The support service stores technical files so that your conversation history is not lost when the page is reloaded.

4. Analytics. Anonymised traffic statistics: which pages are opened and how long visitors stay. The data is used in aggregated form and does not identify you personally.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share cookie contents with third parties for advertising purposes. Some files are set by our online-chat and web-analytics providers under their own privacy policies.

How to manage cookies

You can delete stored files and block them in your browser settings. Please note: if strictly necessary cookies are disabled, creating an exchange order will not be possible.

Processing of personal data

The terms for processing and storing personal data are set out in Section 15 of the Exchange Rules, and financial-monitoring requirements are described in the AML / KYT / KYC Policy.
