Which cryptocurrencies are available

In all of these cities you can sell for cash and buy with cash Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20 and TON, and USDC ERC-20. In the UK you can also hand over cash euros and receive USDT ERC-20.

Example directions: USDT TRC-20 to cash euros, Bitcoin to cash euros, cash euros to USDT TRC-20, USDT TRC-20 to cash pounds, USDT TRC-20 to cash zloty. The rate and the minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the form before you create an order.

How the rate is set

The rate is calculated from the market data of the BestChange rate aggregator; for the zloty, a cross rate based on data from the European Central Bank and CoinMarketCap is used. The rate is locked for 60 minutes when the order is created, and the amount you will receive is calculated at that rate.

Exchange procedure

What to keep in mind in Europe

Local rules. Comply with the laws of the country you are in. For example, cash of €10,000 or more must be declared to customs when entering or leaving the European Union.
The meeting time is agreed in the selected city's local time — keep this in mind if you are travelling.
One person — one order. The sender and the recipient of funds must be the person who created the order.
Checking banknotes. You have the right to count the cash and check its authenticity before the handover is complete.
USDT network. TRC-20, ERC-20 and TON are different directions: choose the network you will send from.

Checks and security

Every incoming crypto transaction goes through an automatic AML check. Documents are not requested by default — only in case of elevated risk or if the law requires it. See the AML / KYT / KYC Policy for details.

All terms are described in the Exchange Rules. If your city is not on the list, message support — we will suggest the nearest option.
