In the USA, Brothers Exchange operates in two cities — Los Angeles and Miami. Here you can sell cryptocurrency for cash dollars or buy cryptocurrency with cash. The exchange takes place at an in-person meeting with a representative of the service, and the rate is locked in the order on the website. Here is which directions are available and how a deal works.

First, what we do not do: the service does not pay bills or invoices, does not make bank or international transfers and does not send money to recipients. We only exchange cryptocurrency for cash and cash for cryptocurrency.

Available directions

In Los Angeles and Miami we accept and hand over cash US dollars. They can be exchanged for:

Bitcoin (BTC);
Ethereum (ETH);
Tether (USDT) on TRC-20, ERC-20 and TON;
USD Coin (USDC) on ERC-20.

The exchange works both ways: cryptocurrency for cash dollars and cash dollars for cryptocurrency. In addition, in both cities you can exchange cash euros for USDT on ERC-20. The current rate and the minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the exchange form once you select the direction and the city.

How to sell cryptocurrency for cash dollars

In the exchange form, choose the cryptocurrency, "Cash USD" and the city — Los Angeles or Miami. Enter the amount and your contact details.
Confirm that you agree with the Exchange Rules and the AML / KYT / KYC Policy and create the order. The rate is locked for 60 minutes from the moment the order is created.
Send the cryptocurrency to the address shown on the order page, using exactly the network specified there.
Within 2 working hours of the order being created, an operator will contact you to agree on the meeting place and time. Operators are online daily from 8:00 to 20:00 Warsaw time; an order created between 20:00 and 8:00 is processed from 8:00. The meeting time is set in the local time of the city.
Cash is handed over once the transaction has the required number of network confirmations: BTC — 2, ETH and ERC-20 tokens — 12, USDT TRC-20 — 20, USDT TON — 1. At the meeting, give the representative your order number and count the money before the handover is completed.

How to buy cryptocurrency with cash dollars

Choose "Cash USD", the cryptocurrency you need and the city, then enter the amount and your wallet address on the correct network.
Create the order. An operator will contact you within 2 working hours (daily, 8:00–20:00 Warsaw time) to arrange the meeting.
At the meeting, the cash is counted and checked for authenticity in your presence.
The cryptocurrency is sent to the address in the order within 30 minutes after the cash has been accepted.

Rate and fees

The rate is locked when the order is created and is valid for 60 minutes. If the payment arrives later or the amount differs from the one in the order, the order is recalculated only with your consent — the procedure is described in the Exchange Rules. If the exchange does not go ahead and the funds are returned, only the actual network or bank fee for the transfer is deducted.

AML screening

Every incoming cryptocurrency transaction is screened with AmlBot. If the risk level exceeds the acceptable threshold, the order is put on hold and the procedure from the AML / KYT / KYC Policy applies. In any case, the client's funds are either exchanged or returned.

Safety at the meeting

Check the order number: the representative of the service knows only your order number, the amount and the contact for the meeting.
Take the payment address only from the order page and send the cryptocurrency on the network specified there.
Count the cash and check it before the handover is completed.
Never share your seed phrase or wallet passwords with anyone — they are not needed for an exchange.

If anything raises doubts, contact support: the online chat on the website, Telegram and e-mail are listed on the Contacts page.
